Ukraine and Poland will work together on enabling autonomous access to space from Europe

An urgent meeting of the Ukrainian and Polish space agencies took place in Lviv. The protocol on cooperation was signed as a result. The protocol states that the State Space Agency of Ukraine plans to establish a coordination center for joint projects, which will operate on the basis of the Lviv Regional State Administration. The main area of ​​cooperation between Ukraine and Poland was to ensure independent access to space for European nations from the territory of Europe. This possibility can be provided by an air-launch system with a solid propellant micro launcher. The meeting was also attended by the President of the Orbit Boy company – Lyubomyr Sabadosh
Orbit Boy is the developer of the air-launch system, which has previously signed an agreement with the Italian partner Italspazio S.r.l. for the development of air-launch infrastructure in Comiso, Sicily.
